How do I confirm if a fax went through

Fax history cannot be accessed directly from patient profiles. Instead, users need to go to the Organization > Fax > Outbound section in FireNote. This design helps centralize records for better data control.In Organization > Fax > Outbound, you will be able to see all faxes that have been sent with their date, time, phone number, sender, as well as the status. FireNote uses a third party called Documo to manage faxes. Documo does allow for managing those users, however it comes from their side and is not controlled by FireNote.Access to the Fax section requires administrative roles, such as AM2 or AM3. Users without these permissions will not see the Organization tab in the navigation bar. Whomever is set up as Admin for the Documo account should be able to add users and control the notifications they receive. The login for Documo is https://unifiedhealth.documo.com. Admin can adjust the notification settings so whoever's email is on file will receive sent/delivered notifications.If you are unable to access the Fax section, consider verifying your role permissions with your FireNote administrator or requesting an upgrade to a higher administrative level.
